Terms & Cancellations

These terms cover booking and attending a treatment at Relax Revive Beauty. By booking, you agree to them. If anything here isn’t clear, please email me at hello@relaxrevivebeauty.co.uk before you book.

Booking & consultation

Every first visit begins with a short, confidential consultation and a consent form, so I can tailor your treatment safely. Treatments are open to women, and to men on referral.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ noticeso the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, forfeit the deposit paid.

I understand life happens — if something urgent comes up, please just let me know as soon as you can and I’ll always do my best to help.

Deposits & payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment; this is deducted from the treatment price on the day. The remaining balance and payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Late arrival

If you’re running late, please let me know. So that everyone’s time is respected, treatments may need to finish at the scheduled time, and the full price still applies.

Health & suitability

Please tell me about any medical conditions, medications, allergies or if you are pregnant when you book, as some treatments may need to be adapted or may not be suitable. My treatments support relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
