This policy explains how Relax Revive Beauty(“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses and looks after your personal information when you use this website or get in touch, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What information I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me. This may include:

• Enquiry details— when you use the contact form or email me: your name, your email address or phone number, the treatment you’re interested in, and anything you write in your message.
• Health and wellbeing information — if you choose to share it in an enquiry, or during the consultation and consent form completed at your first visit. This is treated as special-category data and handled with extra care.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The location map in the footer only loads from Google after you tap “View map”; until then, no third-party cookies are set.

I use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page visits so I know which treatments people are looking for. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and never identifies you personally.

How I use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange or provide your treatment.
• To keep the consultation and treatment records needed to care for you safely and responsibly.
• To meet my legal, insurance and professional obligations.

I will never sell your information, and I will not send you marketing unless you have specifically asked me to.

My lawful basis

I rely on legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry and running my practice) and, where you book a treatment, performance of a contract. For health information, I rely on your explicit consent and, where relevant, the provision of health treatment.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Client treatment and consultation records are kept for as long as professionally and legally required (typically up to 7 years, or longer where insurance requires), then securely deleted.

Who I share it with

Your information stays with me. I use a small number of trusted service providers to run my practice — for example the website host and, once set up, the online booking system — who process data only on my instructions. I do not transfer your data outside the UK or EU other than through these standard, safeguarded services.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information I hold about you;
• ask me to correct anything that’s wrong;
• ask me to delete your information, where there’s no legal reason to keep it;
• object to or restrict how I use it;
• withdraw consent at any time, where I rely on consent.
